Rebate How-To's

1. Use your laser sword to cut off the complete side panel of box containing the UPC barcode and serial number (above example shows DJM-700 box, however, procedure is the same for any model number).
2. If you don't have a laser sword, use scissors to cut off the complete side panel of box containing the UPC barcode and serial number.
3. a) The side panel should be cut off entirely b) No partial pieces of the panel will be accepted.
4. Mail the complete side panel along with the original cash register sales receipt and mail-in rebate form.
